The Thang
12 rounds – 3 Teams of 3. The game is, be the first to complete 13 rounds.
Start at the base of the hill. Each team creates their own plan.
5 rounds of Bernie Sanders up the hill, complete 20 air squats and run down the hill.
5 rounds of up the hill, 10 SSH at the top, down the backside, back up to the top from the back, 10 SSH and down the front to the start.
2 rounds of running back to the flags (choose your path) and back to the base of the hill.
Last round – Crab Walk back or forward up the hill for the win
First team to complete 13 rounds wins.
JFD, Ozark and Footlocker finished 12 rounds and made it to the crab Walk before time.
Soft Hands, Yellow Pages and YHC completed 11 rounds missing the 2nd run and crab walks
Apples, Pi and Cowbell finished 8 rounds
Ran .25 miles back to the flags and completed 7 Sugar Cookies before 0600, recover recover
