Introduction
I was torn on what type of workout to bring. It started as the site-Q and myself. The idea of being easy and just modify to an out and back ruck. When Binford, Bluegill, and Sparkler HC I had to make a decision to go easy or go hard. I chose the latter, we dont get up for easy.

Circle of Trust
We don’t Q for ourselves, we Q for the men around you. I had the mental battle of Qing something easy because it was just the Site-Q and I. When other OG’s put their HC to the Colosseum I had to step it up and ensure they did not wake up for easy. So as I pondered what beatdown to bring, the Hero WOD for Zachary Teller popped right in my mind. He is a true HERO who fought till the end to support the men around him in combat. The WOD is a very simple design but effective. I would be letting down the men around me if i just gave them a soft workout without announcing my intensions in the pre-blast. I hope that the time in F3 I have earned the reputation of bringing a solid beatdown. Today should not be any different. Remember to push the PAX in the 6 and push yourself to the front with those PAX. The hardwork during each beatdown and each rep will lead to greater gains than half repping for time.
