AMRAP Ladders

4 evenly spaced cones on line across parking lot

25 curls x3

25 Skull crushers x 3

10 LAF Squats x 3

25 Bent over rows x 3

10 Lion Kings x 3

Rinse and repeat

Do one set of the exercise then run.  Each exercise will do a short, middle and long ladder.  At each ladder rung station you do 5 merkins and 5 WWI situps.

I want to start my COT with this quote, “It takes guts and humility to admit mistakes.  Admitting we’re wrong is courage, not weakness.”

Everyone makes mistakes.  It’s hard to admit that you made a mistake.  I know I struggled with that for years.  I was afraid that people would think less of me or my abilities if they found out that I made a mistake.  I have found that more troubles come from not just owning up right away and working towards a solution.  Trying to make excuses for the mistake or covering it just causes problems in relationships both work and personal.  I respect people if they accept their mistake and actively take part in the solution.  There is always a solution to a problem or mistake.  You may not like it but there is always a solution.  So I’ve found that if I realize that I’ve made a mistake that I just own it and then work on the solutions.  Most people will respect you for the ownership of your mistakes.
