Introduction
Arrived at 5 am to set up and seen multiple pax planking in the parking lot. Set in 5 degree weather with -7 wind chill. Lot was clear of ice and ready to go.

The Thang
7-11-21-11-7 pyramid.
3 groups of exercises with 3 exercises each. We did 7 reps each with group 1 then ran down and back
7 reps with group 2 then ran down and back, 7 reps with group 3 then ran down and back
11 reps with group 1 then ran down and back, so on and so forth peaking at 21 reps of each group. We then worked our way back down the pyramid.

Group 3- Burpees, Merkins, Grady Corns
Circle of Trust
Growth within F3 Plainfield is two fold. In order to grow as a region it’s important that we grow as PAX. When I started coming out ITG we had 3 AO’s and within 2 years we now have 6. Personal growth is vital to facilitating continued growth as a region. What I’ve noticed over the past 3 to 4 months is the repeat PAX that I see Q’ing. Sometimes multiple times a week. There are 107 opportunities a month lead, including Q Source. There is more than enough active PAX to allow for an individual to only have to Q once a month. I am personally asking all of you to stoke the fire when it comes to fellow PAX. Go to the website, find the PAX stats page, identify a few PAX that have not Q’d or haven’t Q’d in a while. Reach out to them. Find them ITG. Offer them support and confidence. Be leaders and support them men around you. Plant the seed, add a water, shower them with sunshine and watch them grow.
