Introduction
Arriving at the AO with Scat who had my 6 we decided to go with a Tabata style BC and end with a Ruck. We received the green light from 5 Putt which put us both at ease. The temp was 18 degrees with no wind which was a plus. As we got closer to the kick off time of 6:30 the ELITE ATHLETES were arriving led by the ring leader BED PAN.
Warm-O-Rama
Warm O Rama consisted of
Michael Phelps ,Good Mornings, Tappy Taps, Imperial Walkers Good Balls , and a short lap around the lot.
We then did some dynamic stretches’ to loosen up the lower back
The Thang
Our Tabata consisted of 17 exercises in a format of 50 seconds on 12 seconds rest. After completion of the Tabata workout we then Rucked up and started in 2 single file lines and did a reverse Indian Ruck where the lead Pax would drop and do either 5 Merkins or 5 Air squats then proceed to catch up to their team and signal the lead Pax that the 6 was in at that time the lead Pax would drop and repeat. This went on for about a Mile we then just rucked back to the flags and arrived on time.

Get involved with F3 and get involved with your 2.0 . We are only in this game so long so don’t waste time or energy on things that are not important in your life today. F3 has brought out a side of myself that I did not act on in my earlier years so I am very grateful for that push. Get involved in your 2.0 life’s your leadership is needed and wanted, but remember to inspire and build up that young person not correct or break down that person all the time. There is time for discipline and reinforcement , but show that you make mistakes too. Thanks to Scat for haveing my 6 and the other 12 Pax for joining me today to make us better then we were yesterday.
Remember the reason the rear view mirror in your car is smaller then the windshield is because the past is the past no need to keep looking back or behind you. Remember the windshield is much bigger because your future is right in front of you. Take advantage of it and get the most out of the game as you can.
