Merry Go Round
10 Stations of exercises
Curls, Dips, Burpees, Lawn Mower Pulls (rigth and left), Chest Press, Coupon Squats, Step ups, and WWI Big Boys. Each Pax picked a station and 1 PAX went to the midde and performed 25 WWI BBSUs while everyone else did their station’s exercise, when the PAX in the middle finished everyone rotated to the next station.

200 Bent Over Rows
300 Squats
Partnered up and 1 PAX ran along the path to the second bench and back while the other PAX performed the exercise, when the runner returned they switched places until all exercise counts were completed
