Introduction
My pre blast had a hidden message with all words that begin with AB were capitalized.
Join me for an ABsolutley amazing way to start the week.I am talking ABout getting your ass up and never miss a Monday. It would be ABsurd to stay in bed and miss this beat down. You have the ABility to rise ABove your goals and start the week out right. There will be an ABundance of options on where to post your HC, but I think it would be ABsurd if you didn’t drop your HC here.
Don’t be ABsent and who knows, ABba music might even make the playlist. There is a high chance of rain so we will meet in the pavilion. If mother nature holds off with a morning shower, we will be in the parking lot. Park where we normally would in summer and fall.

The Thang
The thang consisted of 20 AB stations. The beatdown was set to a tabata timer. PAX picked a station to begin, they worked out for 45 seconds and the had 15 seconds to rotate to the next station. This rotation continued straight through to 6:00.
Circle of Trust
The COT was focused around Martin Luther King and some of his famous quotes. I picked 4-5 quotes that were meant to be motivational. I asked the PAX to listen to each quote and apply it to their lives. Their lives as a husband, father, brother, work, or in F3. How can they relate these aspects in their lives to MLK’s quotes. The quotes are listed below.

But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.
