Circle of Trust
The bond we have as men is at the core of F3. It gives us strength both individually and as a unit. ALR is an acronym in the F3 Lexicon meaning Ask, Listen and Remember. It is important that we take active interest in each other’s goals and possible roadblocks. ASK your fellow Pax what there goals are or what might be holding them back. LISTEN to what they are saying and REMEMBER what they have said in order to assist them, motivate them, encourage them and help them in reaching their goals and get over potential hurdles. I encourage you to take some time and implement ALR as we move forward into the new year.
We must be strong enough to stand alone, We must be ourselves enough to stand apart but we must be wise enough to stand together
