Introduction
Cold morning today but no wind. A few PAX did some ECR before the workout today. I woke up real tired today so had to get my mind right

The Thang
Grab a partner. Partner one does the GOALS part of the BC while partner two does either jump rope or jungle boi squats. GOALS workout consisted of:
G: 7 thrusters
O: 15 bent over rows
A: 1 sprint – 1/2 lot
L: 12 curl to press with coupon
S: 19 Derkins
*then switch with partner.
* as a team you had to shoot for a goal of how many rounds you could complete before Mary.
Mary was Smurf jacks and then had three pax call out exercises and lead them until 6.
Circle of Trust
It’s a good time of year to hit the reset button and set new goals going into Jan 1. Like the reps of the workout today goals can vary in intensity, duration, and uniqueness. Pick goals that you can work toward but can also potentially reach with hard work. They can pertain to fitness like F3 or life. Refocus, set some goals, and make the next year one for the books.
