Introduction
It was -34 degress out and cold a balls. I wanted to keep everyone moving to keep the blood flowing. I modified the run portion of our workout because of the killer wind.

Dora Partner Workout. 100 reps is the goal.
Partner 1 will run across the parking lot, do 3 burpees, and run back.
Partner 2 will start the exercise and keep track of reps. When running partner returns, you switch roles and continue with the reps till you reach 100 and move onto the next exercise.
Curls, squats, mountain climbers, hand release merkins, bobby hurleys, plank shoulder taps, harry rockets, ww1’s, We are not worthy, imperial walkers, LBC, skull crushers, high knees, ankle taps.
