Preblast – I don’t know about you by my upper body is tore up from doing a million merkins and bear crawls this past week. To give ourselves a little more rest in this area, we will be only doing leg exercises and running during this boot camp. Bring that headlamp and be prepared for all surfaces. #teamcomet
