This Beatdown had 2 station, one at the top parking lot and one at the bottom. In between was transition up or down the driveway hill.

The Thang
Partner exercise. One partner goes to station 2 while the other partner starts at station 1.
3 rounds with 25 reps of each exercise. Station 1 consisted of curls, shrugs, rows at station 1. Finish one then riffle carry to cone and do shoulder press, thrusters or upright rows. Riffle carry back. Set down coupon.
go up to station 2 via bear crawl, Bernie Sanders or Mosey.
station 2 consisted of 2 cones. Cone 1 was Merkins, Squats, or Carolina Dry Docks. Lunges to cone. Cone 2 was Big Boys, LBC’s or American Hammers. Lunges back to cone 1.
then go back down hill to relieve partner via crawl bear, Bernie sanders or mosey.
wait for partner with low plank, side straddle hops or squat.
All exercises are to be completed in 3 rounds.
1 hour Bootcamp we got through 4-5 rounds as we started to repeat.
