Indian run to far south parking lot, lunge walk 1/2 lot and duck walk 1/2 lot. Then run up spine of hill and down the other side to the triangle that was set up.
Thang 2: starting at cone 1 – perform 10 OH squats with coupon and 10 blockees. Murder bunny to cone 2 and perform 20 curl to press with coupon and 20 goblet squats. Rifle carry to cone 3 and perform 30 abyss merkins and 30 bunny hops (new one I made up)

Go into each workout, each meeting, each interaction, and each day with purpose that guides you in the right direction. Don’t compare yourself to the person next to you.
