Introduction
Showed up early for a little Reindeer game EC with Toby & Foundation but about a .25 mile in the Vegetarian monster struck Foundation like a ton of bricks & he went down quickly. Toby & I perservered through complaining about how much we ate the day before at Thanksgiving but we survived. Upon arrival back to the flags Second Best was reading the workout questioning how he could get out of Site Q duties for the day but remained strong in the end!

Naked Man Moleskin
Almost exactly 30 days ago on Oct 28th I Q’d a workout on the 300th day of the year. At that workout I talked about reflecting on what you had done for the first 300 days & how you would accelerate or change your habits for the next 65 days. I was proud of the work I had put in at that point & talked about how the next 30 days was my toughest stretch for me b/c of so much travel & all the jesters in front of me. I talked about how this year was going to be different & I was going to be accountable & continue to accelerate. Well I am hear to report men that I failed. In the last 4 weeks I have succumbed to my jesters. I have consumed a lot of alcohol, I have cheated on all my good Queen habits & have let my King slide by allowing myself to sleep in. That whole time I acted like an Amateur, a Mascot, & not proud of my actions. I tell you this b/c it is just important to admit your failures as it is your successes & be accountable for your actions. So, now I can dwell on the past or chart a new path forward. The great part about F3 is that while I have crossed over that straight line just a little to far the path back is not that far away & I know the men of F3 will not allow me to drift to far off that line. Now, I need to dig back in, resurface some of those habits/guardrails that allowed me to accelerate & get back on the path of acceleration. My ask to you men is if you ever find yourself drifting off your path then raise your hand & tell someone b/c we will help get you back on the straight & narrow. AYE!
