Introduction

We planned a shoulder friendly, but core and leg heavy beat down on the hill.  All reps were based on the date 11/24/22, with each exercise following those numbers.

Bear crawl to the top of the hill and then…

11 lunges (each leg is a half)

24 mountain climbers (each leg is a half)

20 side straddle hops

sprint down and repeat
