The Thang

Thang 1:

Split into 6 teams(not very well).  Each team had a sled with rope that they loaded with 4 coupons.  1 Pax walked slack out on the rope and pulled the sled into them(while stationary).  Continued this until we got to the path near the hill, alternating pulling.  PAX not pulling alternated between Monkey Humpers, Drop Squats, SSH, Burpees, 1 Merkin/2 Mountain Climber & Plank Shoulder Taps.

Thang 2:

Once at the hill we stayed in our groups and performed:

  1. 30 coupon chest press & 20 coupon swing
  2. 40 coupon curls & 20 coupon upright rows
  3. 20 thrusters & 20 love shacks(each side)

Running up and down the spine of the hill and around the front back to coupons between each set.

Repeat Thang 1 on way back to flags for Mary

Heels to Heaven

High Plank until 6

Circle of Trust

Welcome to Reindeer Games! A 6 week, team competition, for points where in the end the only thinkg that really matters is that we continue getting out and making ourselves, our teammates and the opposition better!  The great Phil Jackson, we all know him, was quoted saying “Good teams become great ones when the members trust each other enough to surrender the ME for the WE”.  While this may not necessarily translate to our silly teams, it definitely does to our most important team, the one at home.  Take these 6 weeks of learning to push yourself, lean on our F3 teammates for inspiration and translate that into strengthening our HOME teams as well, AYE!!!

Naked Man Moleskin

30 people is a lot to try to coordinate when there is some instruction.  A couple broken ropes, and a few that didn’t know how to stack coupons correctly(ours never fell over BTW), but in all it went fairly well.
