Introduction
Loads of Pax came out to EC ruck and EC run for these Reindeer Games. I started off placing 8 lights and 4 light up cones in the parking lot before the early morning EC run. I couldn’t find my headlamp so I relied on Bluegill and Bettycrocker to lead the way in the gloom.
Warm-O-Rama
Gathered in a circle we did Abe Vigotas, side straddle hops, arm circles and hairy rockettes.
The Thang
Split pax into partners as each guy was there to push or pick up the 6 working together. Starting at one line of lights on one end of the parking lot we did reps of 25.
Partner 1 would do 25 merkins while partner 2 walked around cone ahead farmer carrying both coupons. When partner 2 returned to lights pax would switch. Once parter 1 returned from his lap around cones each pax would shuffle with their coupon to the other end of lot where second row of lights were. There each member would perform 25 coupon reps of shoulder press. Then both would return to first set of lights by riffle carry of coupons.
This would repeat with set 2 being shoulder taps on one end and kettle swings on the other with the third set being burpees on one end and thrusters on the other.
After 3 rotations this completed one circuit. Each partner group completed at least 2 circuits. We ended early to circle up for Mary and had a Bear crawl challenge. Otherwise a third round could have been accomplished.
Circle of Trust
Millville had his 100th post today and Disco Ball won the Bear crawl challenge taking the challenge flag from Foreclosure to earn a point for his reindeer team.
Naked Man Moleskin
Good thing the bear crawl challenge was taken on video as it was a photo finish with disco ball beating blue gill by a hand length.
