  • The “Chad” is named after Chad Wilkinson who was a 22 year active duty seal who took his own life October 29th At his funeral his wife recalled a story when she walked in the garage & Chad was doing step ups with a back pack telling his wife he was training to climb the tallest mountain in South America.  Chad’s friend Dave Castro was in attendance that day when another friend leaned over to him & said “You need to make that a HERO workout” & the rest is history.
  • In a report published in 2016 & analysis indicated that an average of 22 veterans die a day from suicide. The report also showed that the suicide rate for veterans was 1.5 times greater than the general public.
  • Men this is not acceptable. F3 can slow this rate dramatically but that requires all of us across the nation to spread the word, help F3 grow, & find those men that are struggling with things like suicide.  I challenge you to continue to spread the word of F3, find veterans organizations you know of where we can get involved, & let’s help cure this suicide disease.  Aye!
