Introduction

Nice cool October morning to get in some HILL work before it gets all iced up soon.

The Thang

Moseyed to the Hill.  Four stations around the Hill, at each station Pax did three exercises and then moved to the next cone taking their coupon with them.  Round 1 was the exercises at each station, Round 2 was a sprint up the Hill first, back down and then the exercises and move to next cone.  Round 3 was a bear crawl up the Hill, crawl bear down and then exercises at each cone.  No one made it to Round 3.

Circle of Trust

My COT was a reminder for myself and the other PAX about being happy each day.  10 Things Happy People Do Differently:

It was a great morning and the weather wasn’t as bad as expected.  We did miss our regular SQ, but we found out that Picasso is safe and sound, just slept too sound – Soft Hands jumped in and made SQ duties were covered expertly
