The Thang
Out and back through GP, Dunmoor, Prairie Ponds,down the path to 127th st. Dilly and Quatro looped around 127th and Heggs, others turned around and returned on the same path.

These have been a great two years, thank you for helping me Accelerate! I have been a part of many good groups of men, always looking for more ways to lead and connect others to God, but this group helped me see there’s another way to do it. It has helped me focus on the heart of the matter, not just the external appearance and actions. It has helped me focus on Purpose behind the principles that I have.
Naked Man Moleskin
The rain came at the beginning, similar to the difficult time I had when I first started. But it lightened up after about 10 minutes, similar to the joy I felt as I began to Accelerate more in F3. But then strangely as I was running the last (and most difficult) lap the rain started again, reminding me the we don’t show up ITG for easy!
