We had a mixed up for Q’s and thanks to Bunker for not noticing a PreBlast late Monday afternoon and rallying the troops to join the Black Diamond.

Bear Crawl to the first line, 3 hand release T-Merkins, Crawl Bear back to the start. Bear Crawl to the second line and repeat until you have Bear Crawled all lines and Crawl Bears back with 3 merkins at each line.

Circle of Trust

Leaders are going to lead. It’s not the loudest, most outspoken and not the guy that talks the most talk. Leaders take action. When there is a need, leaders step up and don’t waste time talking about it.

If this bus strike happens, who is going to step up and drive the bus? If someone has a need in the community, who is going to jump into action and get it done. When someone reaches out for help will you respond with TaPs or take action and help?

Betty Crocker did not say the workout was soft but was talking about soft serve ice cream or something during the 30 minutes of bear crawls and crab walks.

JFD was concerned that I heard that Betty Crocker said this workout was soft. And he warned him not to poke the bear.

Our dainty hands were toasted after nearly a mile of bear crawls and crab walks in the parking lot.
