A run along the big loop path of the AO. Some PAX paired up and ran together, others went solo. Everyone set a goal and attempted to achieve it.
Circle of Trust
I love the support and push every time I post. Each post it’s a different PAX that pushes me or I pushing them. Over the 10 months I’ve been a part of F3 I’ve grown as a person and my confidence is 10x what it was a year ago. My message is to post as often as you can because F3 will make a difference in peoples lives and I’m grateful that I found F3.

Carmen San Diego spilled some merlot. Foundation ran slow. Scat trash talked Pull-Up, Touhy and Foundation during their EC run. Hanger MASH’ed. It was a great morning.
