Introduction

The idea for the beatdown was to originally do a Pearls on a String, running backwards between inverted versions of exercises.  For safety, I decided against it, but it may be an idea I revisit in the future.

Ben Patrick the “Knees over toes” guy, has been something i’ve been watching a lot, to sort of build up my knee strength and understand how to avoid knee pain.

 

When I posted my preblast I thought it was funny to do it all in a mirror image to stand out and get some attention, 5 PAX…..it may not have worked

We did a ruck To Electric Park memorial and back.  We did it backwards which made it interesting and feel a lot different then out and back rucks from the past.  We kept 1 pax forward facing and rotated just to keep things safe and guide everyone else for turns or bumps or oncoming dog walkers or joggers.

Circle of Trust

Did you know that California redwoods, despite being so tall, have very shallow root systems only five or six feet deep.  A very typical storm with mediocre winds could push them over with ease.  They spread their roots out laterally and interlock with the other trees root systems to give them strength as one unit.  literally stronger together

 

Did you also know that by dispensing a moist fog equal to 500 gallons of water over the other trees and forest plants every day, redwoods produce a self contained rainforest.

 

Spread your “positive fog” over others and watch a positive atmosphere grow around you, while interlocking with people with the same beliefs as you, you will stand stronger together
