Introduction
This is a workout that I used to do with my students in PR classes. I thought it would be a new way of leading a workout.
Warm-O-Rama
Motivators from 5
Good mornings-good nights
Arm Circles
Calf Stretches
The Thang
This workout is based on whatever card your team flips on the table. PAXs were in teams of 2-3. All the teams formed a big circle around a center table. On the table were stacks of old UNO cards facd down. Each team had a paper explaining all what each UNO card meant. Each colored number meant a different exercise. Reverse cards meant repeat the last exercise the team performed. Skip cards meant to run with your team around a brick concession stand about 100 yards away. Pick 2 cards meant that your team had to pick two card a and perform the exercises based on the color or what the card told you. Wild cards meant to hold a plank till the team on your right was finished with their exercise. This entire process kept repeating itself until the time was up for COM.
Circle of Trust
I read a short paragraph from a post on FB I saw. I titled it, “Are you ready? It basically was about your place in line to die. While in this line, you can not step out of it and go to the back of the line or even know how many people are in line ahead of you. Your time will come, so be ready.
While you wait you should square up your life. Make someone happy. Make your voice heard. Make up. Make love. Put a smile on your someone’s face. Tell your loved ones they are loved and so on.
Be ready and don’t hold back on your Life and live it to its fullest because you don’t know when your spot in line will come up to the front.
Naked Man Moleskin
Thank you to all the HIMs who came out and joined me on my second Q. Without your support, this wouldn’t have happened today.
