The Thang
We broke up each year from freshman to senior year with an increasing amount of reps on various exercises including Shoulder Presses, Burpees, Merkins, Curls, Dips, Side Straddle Hops, Peter Parker Merkins and everyone’s favorite, 90 lunges! We rain 1/4 lap between grades.
Circle of Trust
I reflected how I promised last week to reach out to someone that I had lost contact with over 2 years ago. It was a silly fight, not worthy of losing years of a relationship. My update was that I did reach out and that door has been opened. I hope we can begin healing now. My message, be the bigger person and reach out. You are not “saving face” by holding firm, reach out and let that baggage we carry drop.
