Warm-O-Rama

Cyclone led us through some stretches

The Thang

Mozey towards the hill stopped about 2/3 of the way there

 

circled up:

Overhead Claps IC x 20

Seal Claps IC x 20

Morrocan Nightclubs IC x 20

Pretzel Twists IC x 20

 

Mozey to the hill

 

Bottom of the hill- Burpee

Bear Crawl to middle of hill- Inverted Merkin

Bear to the top of hil- Big Boy

 

Run down the hill to the nearby baseball field. touch home plate. Mozey back.

Increase each exercise by 1 rep, rinse & repeat

 

Mozey back to where we stopped before

Same exercises as before, but only the 1st 5 counts were called, PAX continued to 20 reps and stopped in sequence or penalty burpees were issued

all exercises were completed with no penalties

we celebrated by doing 5 Burpees

Circle of Trust

COT expressed how Cyclone and I have been absent from the gloom.  We need PAX to hold us accountable and its obvious we won’t come out on our own.  Stronger Together
