Introduction
Preblast read, Complete transparency, we will be running the hill, the field and the bridge as many times as possible. This won’t be a huge mileage maker but it will get your heart pumping and improve your performance let’s be honest here, who couldn’t use a little performance improvement. Morning was very muggy, this was going to suck big time but we don’t come out for easy and we prepare ourselves for the things yet to come by pushing through the hard things, so here we go!

The Thang
Ran around the parking lot to the base of the hill, ran up the hill down and around to the right back to the front 5times, picked up 6.
Took the path to the bridge path T. Ran up and over the bridge to creek, and back to the T, rinse repeat 3x. Took the path long way around back to the flags, PAX we’re pushing the pace the entire time! Great work men! Knocked out 3.6 miles!!! So much for not being a mileage maker workout. The men did great!

preparedness – we prepare for two things. The things that will happen in our future that we are not aware of, sickness, job change all kinds of stuff can and will happen in our lives and we need to be prepared to deal with them. The second is for things we working towards, planning for, races, GTE, for me Ragnar is coming soon. Regardless of the thang, we must prepared ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally. We do this through toughening our minds; pushing through the mental barriers we face ITG, running into the hard, attacking the hill, knowing that we become stronger pushing through those moments. We also do this thought strengthening our minds, reading books, learning how to be better leaders, men, fathers and husbands. Preparedness men, do it and you will be ready for whatever comes your way! Aye!
