Talked about my trip out West and how it was nice to just disconnect and unplug from social media and the everyday stress. My kids at first we’re losing their mind that we had no Wi-Fi but soon discovered the joys and beauty of the outdoors. By the 3rd day of our two week trip they forgot about their iPads and could be found outside exploring and hiking whenever possible. It helped put into perspective how the simple things in life are so beautiful and fulfilling and that from time to time we need to sit back, unplug from social media and our stress and just enjoy the beauty of nature.

 

Prayers for all injured PAX, family members battling cancer, and for the health and safety of the PAX attending GrowRuck next weekend.
