The Thang

Thang 1 – 4 levels. One group is running, one group did LBCs, one group did merkins, one group did rope work.

Thang 2 – Four stations -first station  50 chest press, 25 drop squats. Second station – 50 OH press, 26 mountain climbers. Third station – 50 curls, 26 Peter Parker’s. Fourth station – 50 squats, 26 shoulder taps.
