We’ll be……let’s just leave at we’ll be doing. Get up, get out & get doing! If you do, you’ll have done more before 6am than most!

Rifle Carry Coupon to the drive

  • 20 Merkins on my down & on my up IC
  • Pax picks Coupon exercise & reps
  • Rifle carry to next light pole, 20 Big Boys OYO
  • Pax picks Coupon exercise & reps
  • Rifle carry to next light pole, 20 Merkins OYO
  • Pax picks Coupon exercise & reps
  • Rifle carry to next light pole, 20 Big Boys OYO
  • Pax picks Coupon exercise & reps

Thang #2

  • At the base of the hill 5 Big Boys then Rifle Carry your coupon to the hill & start a snake with all the coupons.
  • Go back & do 5 Big Boys
    Go back to the coupon snake, grab the first coupon do 5 shoulder presses & murder bunny up to the front of the snake & place your coupon at the front of the snake. ( All Pax did approx 5 rounds & ate lots of gnats)
  • Head back stopping at 2nd light pole, 10 more Merkins & Pax coupon exercise.
  • Back to parking lot, 10 more Merkns & Pax coupon exercise.

Mary:

  • Coupons above head, / flutter kicks x 10 by Q handing off another 10 to Pax, then 5 more to another Pax.
