Circle of Trust

With Father’s Day being yesterday it seemed appropriate to talk about dad’s.  I lost my dad about 5 years ago, yesterday my brothers and I were recalling all the words of wisdom, sayings, funny things our dad had said throughout our life. Most importantly we recalled the moments that we shared with Dad. Whether that be driving in the van to Florida, or fishing in the gloom up in Wisconsin. Those are the moments that are ingrained in our minds. Men, make the most of the times you spend with your kids. Remember they are watching everything you do, and will mimic that, sometimes right back as you… We come here ITG everyday for them. We know they need us to get right, physically and mentally so we can lead right, be the leaders of our family that they need, be the leaders of our jobs, doing the right thing no matter who is or isn’t watching, because ultimately we want to leave right! We want to leave this place a little better than it was when we got here.. that’s what it’s all about men!
