The Thang

Dodgeball on the tennis court.

Game #1

Split into 2 teams. When you got out, you had to do 10 Merkins to get back in.

Game #2

Daddy’s vs 2.0s.  When you got out, you had to do 10 squats.

Game #3

2.0s with their dad vs the other clans.  When you got out, you stayed out until end of game.  We did Under/Over Fence around court until end of the game. (The Roberts are professional dodgeball players)

Game #4

Countryman vs Team Ohms/Team Roberts

When you got out, you had to do 15 LBCs.

Circle of Trust

These 2.0 workouts are meant to give us an opportunity to show our 2.0s what we do so early in the morning with our friends, but it’s also a chance to make a stronger connection with them as well.  I have enjoyed making a stronger connection with my boys and all of your 2.0s. Let’s continue this monthly tradition and show the next generation what F3 is all about. Aye???
