Exercise for each letter in Viagra
Started with 5 reps each exercise and then ran to end of the lot and back. Rinse and repeat. Each new set we added 5 reps.

“The fear we don’t face becomes our limits”.
Being that it’s the anniversary of D-Day, I began thinking about what those men saw; what they experienced on that beach. The fear they must have been experiencing. Then I started thinking about the fear I have when I’m looking through PREBLAST. I fear when I see Sparkler, Blue Gill, 5-Putt, or Toby Q’ing a beatdown. I made sure I avoided them out of fear being pushed out of my comfort zone. But I realized I’m setting my limits because of fear. Jellystone and I talk almost every morning on the way to work and he always says to me, “but did you die?”. So moving forward, I’m not gonna avoid Sparkler’s Puppy on Speed beatdown,or a Toby’s Oops It’s not a Boot Camp beatdown. I’m gonna hunt them down and break through those limits and I push you men to do the same thing.
