Introduction
Could not quite make EBC as I had to make the early stop at the doughnut shop this morning for the annual birthday doughnuts for the Twin boys. Had time to squeeze in a 5 mile EC run in the cool morning rain. The PAX arrived with some good mumble chatter as we talked about Morticia’s pending 3 week trip to Africa! Then we quickly got going with the mission, core principles, & credo.

Naked Man Moleskin
Legacy. Today my twin boys turn 8. This last year I have seen them grow & change so much. They have developed their own personalities & starting to become little humans. You have heard me talk about the difference in my boys, one being me reincarnated with the love of sports & his OCD for organization while the other is free spirit with no care for time & a love of acting/dance/music. I constantly find myself having to be intentional with my free spirit. He pushes me in ways that get me out of my comfort zone. Not always do I do my best but I tell each of them every day & every night how much I love them. Legacies can be built in many ways but in my view none are more important than the legacy you leave with your kids. Are you teaching them to be good humans, to have an abundant mind set of Living 3rd, & that they should love all not being afraid to share. My challenge to all of you is simple if you have 2.0’s or just nieces & nephews every chance you get, no matter how frustrated or angry you become, tell them you love them. Aye!
