Introduction
Sky was looking ominous, and as we started running, it started raining. The more we ran, the more it rained! Then when we stopped (extended Mary under the pavilion), it stopped. Amazing!

Run on the path by the Grande Park pond, then by the Dunmoor Estates pond, then by the Shenandoah pond – abruptly turn around and run back.
Circle of Trust
The opposite of addiction? Community! When you have a close group of people with who to do life, you have no reason to be addicted to other things. Your life is filled with value already. Community also provides accountability and support against dangerous addictions. A couple personal stories were shared as well.
Prayed for Morty to have a safe and valuable trip to Africa (leaving Saturday).

It was a very enjoyable run with a smaller group today. The rain was refreshing, and coffee talk was enjoyable afterward (thanks to @foundation for bringing the coffee).
