Circle of Trust

I’ve found myself in recent months spending too much time on my phone for various reasons and I think my kids can see it. I’ve made a conscious effort over the past few weeks to only use it when I need to and do other things later after they’ve gone to bed. Then I started thinking about social media and mental health as it is mens mental health awareness month as we all know. There are a few good articles out there on the detriments of repetitive social media use on your mental health. The CDC has a good one that I can share if anyone is interested. Moral of the story is stay off your phone when you can , don’t be on it too much while around your kids, and don’t let social media use affect your overall well being.
