Introduction
PRE-BLAST – :snow_capped_mountain: The Ridge :snow_capped_mountain: – :racing_car: Boot Camp :racing_car: – Friday 1/30 – 0515-0600
Start your engines and join me for nothing but left turns as we put in some laps and reps for the Ridge 500. We will be putting in some fast laps and slowing down for some pit stops. Don’t worry this race is open to all classes of racers. Warm up your engine with some EC if you like. The race will keep you moving and warm from start to finish.
This will be a road race so bring the following:

The Thang
PAX run a big lot lap. Can be modified to a short lot lap. Then take a pit stop for a PT ladder.
Ladder with 5 rungs. Each rung is a set of the exercises and reps below.
Ladder:
Perform exercise and reps at each rung.
Lunge walk between rungs.

- Merkins – 10
- Sumo squat – 15
- Monkey humpers (single count)- 20
- Shoulder taps (single count) or Grady corn (IC) – 25
- Paperboy – 30 (split each side)
After the ladder run a lot lap.
