Introduction

Last chance this week to workout in above zero temperatures.  At 6pm, it was about 20-degrees out, with a 3-degree real feel with the wind.  Not too bad.  Run-heavy leg-burner boot camp.  Level up with a weighted vest if you want.

Warm-O-Rama

Jog in place while I went over the intro and disclaimer.

SSH while I went over the F3 mission, core principles, and credo.

Warm-up exercises: Hamstring scoops, hip openers, leg swings, kick backs, WMH

Our site Q then went over the count and safety checks, and we were off.

The Thang

Ran together on the loop around the AO (got about 2 miles) with stops along the way for various leg exercises as follows: Squats, calf raises, standing side leg raises, one-leg seated squats, lunge walk, wall sit, 4-count lunges, upper deckers, knee drivers, bulgarian split squats, leg swings, bobby hurleys, and no surrenders.
