Introduction
Cold? Yep. Windy? Heck yes. ECR? By most. Great time to scout the path, identify problem areas and see where best wind breaks were. PAX circled up in the parking lot — everyone keeping the wind to their back. Plan to do a quick WoR and get on the move.

Circle of Trust
Recently I listened to James Clear (author of Atomic Habits) on the Huberman Podcast and amongst the many CoT nuggets in there, I recently felt drawn to explore the concept of whether dissatisfaction is required for drive. While a “gap” can motivate, growth doesn’t require self-criticism. Clear analogized this statement to an acorn and a mighty oak. An acorn, is not berated for not yet being a mighty oak; therefore we grow because that’s what we were made to do — in fact that is what we were encoded to do & become. Then over time, the efforts themself become the rewards, not just outcomes like improved pace, lost weight, etc. Each early alarm and each rep and each mile is a vote for the kind of man you’re becoming.
Naked Man Moleskin
Weather that grabs your attention and makes you want to not stand around was a key ingredient in the success of the bootcamp today. Glad to be among the PAX that Committed Hard to cast their vote for the men they are encoded to be. Thanks to all for coming out; way to push yourself today Stitch, your dedication is inspiration to us all Peterbilt and kudos to Sparkler for picking up the 6 like a boss.
