Introduction
This was originally supposed to be a 3/1 Ruck/Ruffle, however I had a mild sprain to my ankle the previous day so I changed it to an out and back with some PT(focus on core and glutes)
Warm-O-Rama
I love to Side straddle hop but since my ankle was tweaked I didn’t want to. So we did some calve raises to loosen them up before the usual Good mornings, Tie fighters, Imperial Walkers before getting on our way.
The Thang
Out and back to settlers park with 3 PT stops.
1- Bike Pavilion: LBC, Pickle Pushers, Heel taps, Jane Fondas
2- Bridge for wall sit
3- Grass by Park: Big Boys, Scissors, American Hammers
We made a quick pace back and all worked out.
Circle of Trust
Today’s COT focused on how strong leadership makes culture visible, using Ben Johnson and the Chicago Bears as a real-time example. The post-game “Good. Better. Best. Never let it rest.” chant isn’t hype—it’s a public, repeatable standard players and fans recognize and rally around. That visibility is why it resonates: leadership isn’t abstract or explained, it’s demonstrated. When language, standards, and behavior align consistently, buy-in follows, culture strengthens, and results eventually show up.
Naked Man Moleskin
