Introduction
it was super windy upon rival this morning but Dauber , Mr kotter and I headed out for an EC anyways.
Warm-O-Rama
Normal WoR business was done with some dynamic stretching and then we got after it
The Thang
Thang 1. Indian run through neighborhood to the east
Thang 2. 100m sprints followed by 100m mostly on the track x 4 laps
Thang 3. Two teams that start in between the school and one takes the path by the buses and one team takes the path by the track. First team to get to the blue picnic table at the back wins.
Circle of Trust
Asked the group to write down on a piece of paper some thing that made them angry in 2025 or a grudge of some sort. Something that didn’t make them happy. We wrote them down, looked at them , wadded them up, and threw them in a garbage can I brought. Get rid of those things in your life that make you feel that way. You’ll be a better person for yourself and for those around you.
