Introduction
The temp was about 40 deg, which made it feel like a summer day. I got there early to lay out the workout and then jumped in on an EC run with a few of the dudes.

The Thang
I laid out a scalene triangle (Google it if you don’t know) in the parking lot with one side about 20 paces in distance, another side 30 paces in distance, and the third side 40 paces in distance. We split up into groups of 3 (6 in each group) and started each group at a different side of the triangle. On one side teams did 11’s of Merkins and Monkey Humpers. On the second side teams 11’s of Burpees and Big Boys. On the third side teams did 11’s of Lunges and LBC. When you completed one side you moved to the next in a clockwise fashion. A few people completed all three sets of 11’s and everyone finished 2 sets and moved on to the third set.
Circle of Trust
My wife and I are planning to relocate soon so while my family was in town tfor Chrstmas, my son and daughter, who both live out of town, toured many of the places around town that hold special meaning. My son very likely will not return to Plainfield (my daughter might) and the realization he likely will not return was sad. While reliving memories, my daughter made the prophetic comment, “Every day is the last day for something. And some day is the last day for everything.” That started a very philisophical conversation. I shared nthis story at COT and encouraged the PAX to take stock in what they have and cherish it, however insignificant it may seem at the time.

Great push by everyone!
