📣 Belated Pre-Blast: El Coyote — Ruck Edition

Let’s start this year off right, hombres. 🐺🔥
We step off at 6:00 PM sharp — don’t be late.

This will be a ruck format with built-in PT — steady pace, intentional movement, and solid work together. Conditions are slick out there, so come prepared:

The Thang

Out and back ruck little over 2 miles, pax took turns rifle carrying a 20lb medicine ball until failure. Then passing it to the next pax. This continued until recover recover
