Introduction
It was a chilly morning today when I pulled up for EC but it wasn’t too bad. Foreclosure, sparkler, bedpan, Flo, and I headed out tonhh ch deck the paths.
Warm-O-Rama
A few normal Warmup exercises while intent through the particulars before we headed out.
The Thang
Classic pearls on a string that logged us about 2.25 miles this morning. We made several stops and went all over the place including some off road path that led to a circle lol.
it was a good morning and a great crew today at Black Rock.
Circle of Trust
As we close out 2025 we often look at goals for the upcoming year but it’s important to reflect on the past year as well. Asked the group to go through one reflection point and one goal for 2026 and we went around the circle and each pax took a turn.
Naked Man Moleskin
Ended in prayer. What a great morning today. Solid effort and we got after it in the cold. Great way to start the day and close out 2025.
