Introduction

This BC was designed to keep us moving. Its a variation of one done a week prior. To change things up, I included PT with a ruck. Real time temp was 11 degrees, feels like -3.

While the plan was to have this be OyO, we morphed into doing each exercise together, which worked well. The pax even started to take turned calling cadence unprovoked.

Could have had the music more centrally located so we could hear it at each station, but was concerned about the volume w/the neighbors near by.
