Circle of Trust

We talk a lot about candor, and practice candor by giving the Q AAR.  At times, in other areas of life, I struggle with balancing care and candor. Giving someone a difficult message or criticism can feel insensitive, mean, uncomfortable – and because of this, often it is avoided.

The reality is that giving difficult feedback is an act of kindness. Having candor with someone doesn’t have to replace caring about them.

Caring Values The Person While Candor Values The Person’s Potential

You have to have candor with those you love in order to help them reach their potential.

Naked Man Moleskin

Thanks to Sparkler for having my 6.

And thanks to the PAX that joined us (Dilly Dilly, Pull Up, Foghorn, Scratch n Dent, Mr Kotter and Corner Kick). It was cold and it was really windy.  The kind of morning where the truly dedicated post!!!

100% EC participation!!
