AO: The Grove

Introduction
Being on Q at the Grove is not something I have spent as much time doing in my Q travels, especially since I have been running more. Best way to make sure I get to an AO i haven’t been to as much is to Q. Also RDG at the grove is LIT, no CAP.
Wanted to keep it relatively simple and also not kill my shoulders.
PAX were instructed to leave their coupons near the hill
Warm-O-Rama
Basic WOR- SSH with Silent count to do the paperwork.
Then
-Calf Stretch
-Imperial Walkers
-Arm Circles
Then a mosey to the hill.
The Thang
DORA in reverse. After some quick feedback the instructions were to run up hill both ways and save us from Bernie Sander’s Socialized medicine.
At the top of the hill was the DORA:
100 Flutter Kick- IC
200 Big Boys
300 Jane Fondas(switch sides every tean)
400 pickle pushers(1 is 1)
as the timer, the PAX at the bottom of the hill will do the 1st of 4 exercises and then run back up to take over the DORA. At the bottom of the hill each time you progress to the next exercise before starting over. Exercises were:
20 Curls
20 deadlifts
20 lovesacks
10 Blockies
MOST PAX finished the DORA and did two reps through the coupon exercises.
We mosey back to base and did another run through the Core exercises with some heel taps sprinkled in.
Circle of Trust
for this I focused on my wife. This was more of share. Sometimes when she and I get in a bad rut I observe her passion for the chicago bears. When I see her spark there I know she is ok and the passion in her heart is alive!
Naked Man Moleskin
AAR for the PAX including myself, talking and mumble chatter during the counts. It’s distracting and somewhat disrespectful. Definitely a challenge during reindeer games when we see more people.
