Introduction

Great to have Tighty Whities & Scuba join Blue Gill & myself for a good EC2.  Quickly grabbed my sword & Captain Thored it in the ground before getting things started on a beautiful morning in mid November.

Thang 1: Pearls on a String BLIMPS

  • Stay in parking lot & mosey short distance. Each stop the reps compound:
    • Stop #1 – 5 Burpees
    • Stop #2 – 5 Burpees & 10 Lunges
    • Stop #3 – 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers
    • Stop #4 – 5 Burpees, 10 lunges, 15 imperial walkers, 20 merkins
    • Stop #5 – 5 Burpees, 10 lunges, 15 imperial walkers, 20 merkins, 25 Plank Jacks
    • Stop #6 – 5 Burpees, 10 lunges, 15 imperial walkers, 20 merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats

 

Thang 2: Ladder BLIMPS

  • Start at one end of the parking lot complete 5 Burpees
  • Bear Crawl to other side & complete 5 Burpees, & 10 lunges
  • Duck Walk back for 5 Burpees, 10 lunges, & 15 Imperial Walkers
  • Complete the rotation above compound each round for all exercises of the BLIMPS

Next week we continue discussion on the base principles of the Q-Source.  A leadership book written in F3 language but principles that can apply in your everyday life.  The most impactful book I have read in my life that I use on a day-to-day basis in my personal & professional life.  This week is about “Live Right”.  You have “got right” in Q1 & now it is time to start “living right” in Q2.  Living right is now the time to start living with purpose & having impact on those most proximate to you (ex. Your family).  Tomorrow is my wife’s birthday. I have an entire day scheduled with my kids & my wife to celebrate her.  Most importantly b/c I love my wife & she deserves it but also b/c it is an opportunity for me to be purposeful by teaching my kids how you should treat those you love. An opportunity to show my boys how a woman she be treated by being intentional.  An opportunity to show my daughter how a man should treat a woman.
