LFG! RDG 2025 Week 1. Need I say anymore
Warm-O-Rama
Did a quick warmup while I explained the format of the workout. We did some SSHs, some burpees, some more SSHs, some tempo squats, arm circles, imperial walkers and a little mosey
The Thang
Broke the group up into two teams. Asked @ Scratch and Dent to lead one team while YHC lead the other. The format was the same for both groups though what each group would do was really dependent on the PAX on each team. The teams could go wherever they wanted but suggested that they pick a spot and stay there for the duration, Call out different men to lead within the allotted time. Each PAX called out the movement, reps, etc applicable to the timed block

Circle of Trust
Message to men was a reminder that RDG is a team challenge. This can be a grind, just like life so pay attention to your teammates (RDG team) as well as the team you have at home (M, 2.0s, etc) Don’t let the grind of RDG wear you down to the point that other areas in your life suffer. Pay attention to the subtle hints as an individual as well as from those around you
