Introduction

After completing 75 hard, I wanted to finish with a bang.  All the exercises that made me mentally tougher.  All of which I hated every time we did them.

The Thang

Part 1: The “Hard 20” 2 (Rounds) 20 Reps of Each Exercise

This represented the first 20 days of my journey.  Second round I focused on learning that we don’t Q for ourselves, but the man that join us.

Part 2: Bear Crawl Gauntlet (Continued Effort for 10 minutes)

Bear Crawl to the first Cone – 5 Burpees

Craw Bear back to the start – 5 Bent Over Rows

Bear Crawl to the second cone (Double the distance about 20 yards) – 5 Burpees

Crawl Bear back to the start – 5 Bent Over Rows

*Rinse and Repeat

Circle of Trust

This was my own reflection of my 75 Hard day journey.  The first 20 days felt like I would quit early, but afterwards I realized that it was becoming a habit. All the “Hard” things I was doing was actually making me a better person.  So why stop now.  I am going to continue to hammer 6 days a week, drink a galloon of water a day, and tackle some reading.  The goal is to make me better for me.
